How do I create a candidate profile?
Create a candidate account, add your experience, education, skills, and languages, then record or upload a video introduction when you are ready.
Do I need a video to use Jobumi?
A video helps employers understand your profile, but you control when you record or upload it. The application flow shows which information is required for a particular action.
How long should my introduction be?
Keep it concise and focused. Introduce yourself, explain the kind of work you are looking for, and highlight experience or strengths that are relevant to employers.
How do I apply for a job?
Open a public job, sign in, choose the candidate profile you want to use, review the information that will be shared, and submit your application.
Employers
How do employers publish a job?
Create an employer account and company space, then complete the job creation flow. You can add the role details, requirements, location, screening questions, and an optional video.
Can hiring teams collaborate?
Authorized company members can work inside the same organization space, review applications, communicate, and use internal recruitment tools according to their role.
Does Jobumi make hiring decisions with AI?
No. Jobumi may parse résumés and enrich search or matching information, but employers remain responsible for every hiring decision.
Who can see my candidate information?
Visibility depends on your profile settings and the actions you take. Employers and authorized organization members may see information you publish, share, or submit with an application. Review the Privacy Policy for the complete details.
